Warranty
We stand behind every Condition 1 case. The warranty depends on the type of case: waterproof cases and economy cases have different terms, set out below.
How to tell a waterproof case: it has a pressure valve and a rubber gasket seal around the inside of the lid.
What is covered
Waterproof cases: lifetime
We warrant the case against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the case, for the original owner.
If the case breaks, we replace it at no cost to the original owner. Handles, latches, valves and gaskets can all be replaced in the field, and we supply them free of charge if they are defective.
For full cover, the case must be properly closed, with no defect or damage to the O-ring gasket or valve.
Economy cases: 1 year
We warrant the case against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.
If the case breaks under normal use, we replace it at no cost to the original owner.
To claim, you need the original receipt or purchase agreement and a return authorisation number from the manufacturer or your place of purchase.
What is not covered
Our liability is limited to the case itself. The warranty does not cover the foam or anything carried in the case.
All warranty claims are void if the case has been altered or changed in any way. For economy cases, claims are also void if the case has been used for anything other than its intended purpose.
How to make a claim
Contact our team at RCC Europe Ltd. with your original proof of purchase from the manufacturer or your place of purchase, photographs of the damage and a short description. For waterproof cases we can send replacement handles, latches, valves and gaskets for you to fit in the field.
