Minimum quantities depend on the case model and the foam. Standard cases with custom foam suit production runs; we are not the best fit for one-off or very small custom projects. Tell us your volumes and your quote will confirm the minimum.

Use the Request a Quote form. Tell us the case model or the interior size you need, the quantity and your timing, and attach any drawings. We reply within 1 to 2 business days.

Yes. For production orders, we can make a sample case with your foam insert for you to approve before the full run starts.
Is there a tooling charge for custom foam work?
Is there a tooling charge for custom foam work?
Yes, there is a tooling charge for custom foam work. Most projects use one of our standard shells, which needs no new tooling.
What are your lead times?

Lead times depend on the case, the quantity and the amount of customisation. Your quote states the lead time and delivery date for your order.
Can you work from an existing design or drawing?

Yes. Send drawings, CAD files or a sample of your current case or foam, and we will match it or suggest improvements.
What file types can I upload?

STEP, DWG, DXF, PDF and ZIP files, up to five files per request.

Yes. If your project needs one, mention it when you request a quote and we will sign an NDA before you share drawings.
What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are agreed with each customer and set out in your quote. Trade customers can apply for an account with credit terms.

Yes, our premium waterproof cases are tested to pass the IP67 rating for water and dust. This means the case can be fully submerged to 1 metre and remain watertight.
Is this case lockable?

It sure is! All of our cases have lock ports that allow you to use your own cable locks or small padlocks to keep the contents of your case secure.
Is it TSA compliant?

Yes, all of our cases are TSA compliant and safe to travel with.
Can you supply empty shells for our own foam?
Can you supply empty shells for our own foam?
Yes. Every case is available as an empty shell, without foam, for foam fabricators and OEMs who fit their own inserts.
Can you cut custom foam to our drawings?

Yes. Send your CAD files or drawings and we will cut foam to fit your equipment. Pluckable cubed foam is also available.
Can cases carry our branding?

Yes. Cases can carry your logo, for example on a nameplate or label. Tell us what you have in mind and your quote will confirm the options.
What colours are available?
What colours are available?
Black is available on every model, and many models come in up to 10 colours. Colours vary by model, so name your preferred colour in your quote request.

Our waterproof cases carry a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. It covers the case, not the foam or contents. Full terms are set out with your quote.

All of our waterproof cases are made in the USA, in North Texas. From raw material to assembly, everything happens under one roof.

Condition 1 cases are all manufactured in Sherman, Texas. Our parent company, Royal Case, runs 15 plants in 7 countries, manufacturing different types of protective cases.
Do you ship to the UK and the EU?

Yes. RCC Europe Ltd., based in Leamington Spa, supplies customers across the UK and the EU. Delivery terms and dates are set out in your quote.
How much volume can you produce?
How much volume can you produce?
Our Texas facility has more than 23,000 m² (250,000 sq ft) of manufacturing space and can produce over 15,000 hard cases a month. The wider Royal Case network adds capacity for larger programmes.
