Paul Bates brings more than 35 years of experience in the protective case industry, including over three decades with Peli Cases, where he served as Director for Europe and Senior Sales Director for EMEAI. He also served more recently as International Sales Director for the Middle East and Asia-Pacific at Safariland, strengthening his expertise in global business development and market expansion.

Throughout his career, Paul has built international distribution networks, developed strategic partnerships, and worked closely with major industry OEMs. His experience in international sales, channel development, and customer engagement has given him a strong understanding of the requirements of demanding industries where product protection, reliability, and performance are essential.

As Vice President, International Business Development at Condition 1, Paul leads the company's expansion across Europe and international markets. He is responsible for strengthening distributor relationships, developing OEM partnerships and supporting key industry customers.

Drawing on his senior leadership background and extensive international experience, Paul plays a central role in introducing Condition 1's protective case solutions to new markets and supporting the company's continued global growth.
