Every Condition 1 case starts in Sherman, Texas. This one-minute film follows a case from the engineering screen to the warehouse floor.
What the video shows
- An in-house design and engineering team draws each case in CAD before any tooling is cut.
- The shells are moulded from CN-1, a resin formulated for Condition 1.
- Each shell is injection moulded, then finished and assembled by hand.
- Foam is cut in an on-site foam fabrication facility, so the case and its interior come from the same building.
- The site covers more than 250,000 sq ft (about 23,000 m²) of production and storage.

What it means for your project
Because design, moulding and foam all happen under one roof, a custom case for your product is one project with one supplier. Send us your drawings and our engineers will match a shell and a foam interior to them.
